Steelfabs Offshore Drilling Ltd is Committed to Achieving Excellence in the Quality of its Products Simultaneous with meeting the customer delivery schedules for total customer satisfaction of the domestic and international markets, Steel fabs Offshore is committed to provide necessary environment, infrastructure and resources for achieving its organizational goal of becoming market leaders for its products for quality and reliability by continually improving effectiveness of Quality management system.

1. Improvement of customer rating by improving quality, delivery and timely addressing Customer complaints
2. continuous improvement for cost reduction
3. monitoring of quality level of sub contractors

HSE POLICY

Its is the Policy of Steelfabs Offshore Drilling Ltd To:

Comply with all National AND International HSE requirements.
Take Reasonable & Practice Measure to ensure Safety & Health of all the persons at the company work locations.
Establish & maintain acceptable standards of Hygiene, Waste Disposal and Environment Control within its entire activities.
Prevent injury, Damage & loss, which mar arise from its operations or services
Ensure all sub-contractors abide to equivalent safety standards.
It is the commitment of the Company's Management representative and duty of the management at all levels to promote and maintain safety in design, co nstruction, operation, maintenance, transportation and all field services provided by the company to each and all its customers.
All company employees must exercise personal responsibility in preventing injuries to themselves and their fellow workers. Everybody should know that accidents & Injuries are Preventable and are not inevitable. Nothing is more important than HSE.

In Pursuance of this policy the company will

Employ and provide proper resource to ensure competent advice on Health, Safety and Environment matters.
Provide training on safe working methodology.
Provide hygiene & Health conditions for all employees working for the company .
Continue to develop, Implement and upgrade the equipment design codes, safety management systems and safe working procedures.
Maintain and Continuously upgrade system for reporting, controlling, and measuring safety performance at work.
